MyAuto.lk strives to provide a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. The refund policy is as follows:


1. General Ads:

No refunds are provided for General (Free) Ads. Once an ad is published, it cannot be withdrawn, and no refunds will be issued.

Premium Services:

 

Full Refund Eligibility: If a user publishes a wrong ad, a fake ad, or the item is sold within one hour of purchasing premium services (Move to Top, Premium Ads, Highlight Ads, Extend Republish, and Credit Packs), a full refund can be requested.


Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund, the user must contact customer support within one hour of the purchase. The request must include the reason for the refund and any relevant details about the ad.


Refund Time Limit: Refund requests made after the one-hour window will not be entertained, and no refunds will be issued.

Subscription Services:


Monthly Subscriptions: Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

Annual Subscriptions: Similar to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
